I recently installed Quick View on our CRM system and I am blwon away by the capabilities. I am eagerly looking forward to the next updates. However, I have noticed a slight issue with users who have IE8 installed on their systems.
We have a number of users who are required to have IE8 on their computers as a result of using a different piece of software that is not yet IE9+ compatible. When these users log into CRM the Quick View sitemap doesnt populate and just shows a blank screen.
Are you aware of this issue and if so, do you have any advice on how we could solve it?
